The communication and content production market in Italy has grown by 185% in ten years: today there are over 25,000 companies in the sector, and more than 80% of businesses plan to increase their budget for content and creativity in 2026. In this scenario, artificial intelligence is reshaping the way content is conceived, produced and distributed.

Not just another production house

Most operators position themselves as a video production house or a generic communication agency. My approach is different: Communication Operations. I don’t just execute content, I design the architecture of a company’s communication system — team coordination, knowledge base, approval workflows, audiovisual production and the integration of AI into real processes.

AI as a working tool, not a trend

I integrate artificial intelligence tools into concrete professional workflows: video generation (Kling, Runway, Higgsfield), local image generation (Flux, Chroma), voice design (ElevenLabs), and structured knowledge base management. The goal is not experimentation for its own sake, but producing content that is consistent with a brand’s identity in a faster and more scalable way.

Sound as identity

At the foundation of everything remains my training as a sound engineer: sound design, foley, mix and mastering for broadcast. Sound is not a final detail, it is part of a project’s identity.

A scalable model

This operating model — integrated communication, structured knowledge base, production and AI — is the one I apply at Mesa Italia, and it is replicable for other companies, in collaboration with the Anthilla technology ecosystem.
